Skarsgard: I lost virginity in 8 seconds

Alexander Skarsgård has joked that he lost his virginity in “eight seconds”.

The True Blood star has reached Hollywood hunk status and gets a lot of attention from women.

But when he was asked for the October issue of Men’s Journal about losing his virginity, he decided to take a light-hearted response.

“That was 2008 I think,” the 35-year-old actor joked. “Best eight seconds of my life.”

Alexander has been named Sweden’s Sexiest Man for five years running and he takes the title with a hint of sarcastic modesty.

“Every single day, I wake up and look in the mirror and think, ‘Five times, motherf**ker. Five times.’”

But Alexander says that although he knows he gets a lot of attention for his dashing good looks he hopes that his talent has the opportunity to shine through.

“You tend to get a lot of offers that are like the hot guy,” he said about movie roles. “And those parts aren’t very fun. I hope there’s something more to me than my pecs.”
