Heather Locklear ‘got cold feet’

Heather Locklear reportedly cancelled her marriage plans with Jack Wagner because she got “cold feet”.

The 50-year-old actress announced her engagement to her former Melrose Place co-star was over on November 15.

But Star magazine now reports that she changed her mind because Jack was “pushing her too hard” to finalise plans for their nuptials.

“Heather never set a date and Jack was tired of waiting,” a source close to the situation told the publication.

“She’s been married before – and when it came down to it – she just got cold feet and realised she didn’t want to do it.”

They apparently had one final fight where she snapped at him and made her decision.

“You know what? I’m not going to marry you at all,” she apparently told him and gave him back the six-carat engagement ring he had presented to her just weeks earlier.

Jack, 52, had a surprise over the summer when he finally met his now 23-year-old daughter for the first time.

He is apparently now vowing to start a “new life” that includes his long-lost daughter Carrie but he will have a tough time moving on.

“He’s a little bit bitter and a lot bummed,” the source added. “They are still friends and still talk, but he waited a long time for Heather.”
