Hayden Panettiere has debuted a new neck tattoo on Instagram.

The 30-year-old revealed the intricate design, which paid homage to ancient Egyptian mythology, on her brand-new public Instagram account. The central point of the tattoo is inspired by the Eye of Ra, which is regarded as the feminine counterpart to the Egyptian sun god Ra.

In the black-and-white snap, Hayden's blonde hair has been pulled up to reveal the tattoo, which features the eye symbol in the middle, with three triangles above it and lines of dots below it.

"Newish ink #TheEyeOfRa @bonesthenskin," she wrote alongside the picture, tagging her stylist Emily Buckingham.

Hayden is no stranger to tattoos and already has ink down the side of her body, on the inside of her ring finger, right ankle, and her forearm.

The Nashville star made her Instagram account public on Sunday, and has since shared a series of selfies, throwback snaps, and pictures from her father's wedding with her followers on Instagram.

She recently posted a snapshot of her on a beach during the Covid-19 lockdown in the U.S., and told her fans she was enjoying the sea air.

"Glad I got to breathe in the fresh air and take my mask off for a min. while no was was around. Otherwise I’m in one all the time! Brought a little NY fashion to the beach which is y I look like I’m going to a funeral," she quipped in the caption, referencing her all-black attire.

Before debuting her new tattoo, Hayden shared a video of her ex-fiance Wladimir Klitschko discussing racism, his support for the Black Lives Matter movement, and encouraging people to read up on diversity.
