Chrissy Teigen celebrated her breast implant removal surgery with a sweet note from her daughter Luna.

The 34-year-old model and cookbook author announced last month that she would be going under the knife to have the quarter teardrop implants taken out after years of discomfort.

On Thursday, the mother-of-two revealed that the op had been a success, and she was recovering at home surrounded by adorable notes from her daughter.

"Surgery went perfectly! So so so so so sore but waking up to this made it go away for half a minute at least," Chrissy captioned a picture on Instagram, showing the hilarious letter from her and husband John Legend's four-year-old daughter.

"BYE BOOBIES. Have fun punching your boobies out. Love Luna," the note read.

In May, the Lip Sync Battle co-host revealed she would be having the implants removed after fans became concerned when she shared video of herself receiving a nasal swab for Covid-19.

“A lot of people are understandably curious (and nosey!) so I’ll just say it here: I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it,” Chrissy explained. “I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort!

“Don’t worry about me. All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat," she quipped.
