Brooke Shields wants more babies

Brooke Shields would “die for” another child.

The 46-year-old model and actress has two young children with her husband writer Chris Henchy.

Although her daughters Rowan Francis, eight, and Grier Hammond, five, provide her with limitless joy, Brooke would not mind expanding her family.

"I would die for [another kid]," Brooke told E! Online.

"Unfortunately, my husband is not as amenable. So I either have to trick him or lie to him to get knocked up.”

Brooke’s spouse is very aware of the lengths his crafty wife will go to acquire what she desires.

"He said to me the other day, 'I'm beginning to think that if I don't give this to you, you'll do it on your own,'” she laughed.

“Yeah, it's like, 'Don't test me. I'm very independent.' But I'm older so my eggs probably need a chisel."

If natural childbirth is not an option, Brooke is happy to consider alternatives.

"Maybe I should wait and then adopt," Brooke said.

"We have a lovely home and life and I want to be able to share it with a big family. But maybe it's supposed to be done in a different way, an altruistic way."

Brooke currently stars in the Broadway musical The Addams Family.
