Connelly and Kinnear set for Writers

(Cover) - EN Movies - Jennifer Connelly and Greg Kinnear are in talks to star in upcoming movie Writers.

The indie drama takes a look at the intricate family bonds between a well-established novelist, his ex-wife and their two children.

According to Collider.com, Jennifer is in negotiations for the role of the estranged spouse, while Greg is set to portray the writer.

Writers will be the feature directorial debut of Josh Boone. The filmmaker also wrote the screenplay for the drama.

According to website The Hollywood Reporter, Judy Cairo will produce the project.

Jennifer is well known for her parts in movie hits Requiem for a Dream, A Beautiful Mind and He’s Just Not That Into You.

Greg has starred in Little Miss Sunshine and received an Academy Awards nod for her role in As Good as It Gets.

Shooting for Writers is slated for a March start in North Carolina.
