London based production and distribution company Capital City Entertainment are pleased to announce that their Doctor Who feature documentary Who's Changing: An Adventure in Time with Fans has been selected for the 14th Sci Fi London film festival where it will receive its first cinema showing in Europe.

Directed by Cameron K. McEwan, who is better known to Doctor Who fans as Blogtor Who, Who's Changing: An Adventure in Time with Fans was filmed last year during Doctor Who's 50th anniversary year as a tribute to fans of the hit BBC TV series. The film charts the rise of Doctor Who fandom from a university society and the first ever convention in a church hall in the 1970s through the wilderness years, when the show was off air, up to the huge conventions and cosplayers of today.

The film features interviews with familiar faces from the BBC series including Louise Jameson (Leela), Sophie Aldred (Ace), Neve McIntosh (Madame Vastra), Dan Starkey (Strax) and Simon Fisher-Becker (Dorium) as well as behind the scenes writers and script editors such as Gary Russell, James Moran and Andrew Smith.

Sci Fi London screens the film on Saturday May 3rd at the Stratford Picturehouse. The screening is preceded by a panel discussion with Lisa Bowerman, James Goss and Scott Handcock about their involvement in Doctor Who animation and audio plays. After the screening there will also be a Q&A with the filmmakers Cameron K. McEwan, Elisar Cabrera and Jack Ayers.

"It's a true privilege for our first cinema outing for Who's Changing in the UK to be at Sci Fi London. It was a year ago we brought a camera to Stratford to get some footage of the amazing cosplayers in last year's Doctor Who themed Costume Parade. Hopefully some of the fans in the audience at Sci Fi London may recognise themselves in the film", said director Cameron K. McEwan.
