Eva Green: I want to emulate Jolie

(Cover) - EN Movies - Eva Green wants to look like Angelina Jolie for her new movie.

The French-born actress is due to begin shooting action movie 300: Battle of Artemisia in Bulgaria this summer. Eva has embarked on a rigorous exercise regime to prepare for her role, and dreams of replicating the strength and beauty of her fellow Hollywood star.

“I need to look like a warrior. I need to look good, but also to have the mental strength that makes you feel like you could be a commander. In the morning, I keep saying to myself, ‘My body is a temple, my body is a temple!’” Eva explained to the latest issue of UK magazine InStyle. “The thing is, I don’t want to look very stiff and manly, you know? [I want to be] more like Angelina Jolie – although the trainer said I can’t look like her!”

The 31-year-old grabbed the world’s attention when she played a Bond girl in the 2006 movie Casino Royale.

Eva loved the role of Vesper Lynd and is grateful for being given the opportunity to be involved with the iconic franchise.

“[Vesper was] a real character. She had many dimensions and I was lucky to get it. Doing Bond gave me a name, which is good if you want to keep working!” Eva smiled.
