Jennifer Garner has joked Ben Affleck's Gone Girl nude scenes are her gift to the world.
The 42-year-old actor bares all in the movie adaptation of Gillian Flynn's best-selling novel, taking on the lead role of Nick alongside Rosamund Pike as his onscreen wife Amy.
Jennifer, who tied the knot with Ben in 2005, has frequently spoken about her husband's risqué shots and during an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing tonight, the star is happy to talk about them some more.
“What I have to say is... you’re welcome. Ya know, I try to consider myself a charitable person and I wanted to give back. You give me so much. I wanted to give something back to all of you,” she smiled about allowing Ben unveil himself to the world.
But as the conversation continued Jennifer admitted she didn't really have much input into the decision. She was quick to give her opinion when Ben revealed the news to her though.
“Yeah, it was a discussion. It was like, ‘Hey, um at work today [director David] Fincher talked me into coming out of the shower.' And I was like, ‘Cool, well I hope he had on a wide lens,’” she added.
Host Ellen looked visibly surprised by the answers her guest was giving. But that only seemed to prompt Jennifer to share more.
“If you’re gonna go there Ellen, you have to go all the way there. You can’t ask me to talk about this and not just be ready for whatever comes,” the brunette beauty grinned as the audience laughed.
Jennifer also took the time to address speculation she is with child. She and Ben already have son Samuel and daughters Seraphina and Violet, but the actress confirmed her apparent baby bump isn't what it seems.
"I get congratulated all the time, by people that I know, saying, 'I hear you're pregnant!' This one woman who had babysat for us said, 'Oh my gosh I can't wait for number four!' and I thought, what is going on'" she shared.
