Gwyneth 'dines and dances'

Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly danced her way to the chef to say thanks for a recent meal out.

The 42-year-old actress is dating Brad Falchuk and the couple recently enjoyed a meal out at an Italian restaurant called Jon & Vinny's in Los Angeles. Once their food was finished, Nicki Minaj's track Truffle Butter came on, prompting Gwyneth to show off her moves.

"Brad looked like he wanted to leave. They'd just finished eating when the song came on," a fellow dinner called Mike told British magazine Heat. "Gwyneth stood up - arms in the air - and danced for the whole song. She even danced to the kitchen to thank the chef."

Although she was having fun, the actress' display reportedly didn't go down well with her beau. Once people started recognising them, they made a quick exit.

"They were escorted out the back exit. She appeared angry or upset," Mike claimed.

Gwyneth is known to take good care of her body and incorporates dance into her workouts, doing dance cardio each morning. It's left her happier with her figure than she has been for decades, with the star telling Women's Health magazine she feels better in her bathing suit at the moment than she has for 20 years.

She also opened up about her food and beauty philosophy.

"I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself," she said. "I'm not like, 'Then I use this masque that I make on my stove.'"
