Halle Berry: I love X-Men role

(Cover) - EN Movies - Halle Berry says her role in X-Men is one of her “favourite characters”.

The actress plays Ororo Munroe/Storm in the iconic franchise and is almost certain she will be reprising the role for upcoming instalment X-Men: Days of Future Past.

The films have a place in the hearts of comic and fantasy fans and Halle is also fond of the part she plays.

“I’m in. I think I’m in,” she smiled to Access Hollywood.

“I am [excited], yeah. I love Storm. That’s one of my favourite characters that I’ve played. And people love that character as well.”

To portray her fictional character perfectly, the 46-year-old spends a long time in the make-up chair.

The look includes startling white hair and creepy contact lenses to give her eyes a cloudy appearance.

In recent movie hit Cloud Atlas Halle took on six different characters and the star joked any other role will seem easy in comparison.

“After Cloud Atlas any make-up job is a breeze. A breeze!” she laughed.

Also joining the cast of X-Men’s latest instalment are Hugh Jackman, Sir Ian McKellen, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence.

The film is due to hit cinemas in summer next year.
