Heard: Magic Mike lap dance was fun!

Amber Heard couldn’t stop laughing throughout her lap-dancing scene with Channing Tatum.

The 29-year-old actress stars alongside the hunky actor in Magic Mike XXL. One particular scene sees the 35-year-old give Amber’s character an elaborate erotic dance and the stunning blonde admits she got a real shock when it came to filming the sequence.

“In rehearsal, they [only] showed me like the polite, half-speed version of that dance,” she told Vanity Fair at a press conference for the movie. “I didn’t see it for real until I was in hair and make-up and 1,000 screaming extras were surrounding me . . . So a lot of [my facial] reactions were genuine. I couldn’t stop laughing the entire time. It was fun.”

The scene sees Channing throw the actress over his shoulder and dancing with her legs hung around his hips.

Amber joins Andie MacDowell and Jada Pinkett Smith as the female cast members alongside Channing, Matt Bomer, Adam Rodriguez and Joe Manganiello.

She recalled how the 21 Jump Street star called her up personally to see if she would be willing to take on the part of Zoe. But as Channing explained what he wanted her to do, she couldn’t understand why he was so tentative with his requests.

“When I first talked to Channing on the phone about [a certain scene], he was so apologetic,” she added. “His voice was so cautionary and polite. He was like, ‘Would you be O.K. with, uh, it’s like a lap dance that I have to give you. It’s a big deal.”

Amber quickly established that she wasn’t the one doing the stripping. However, the information lulled her into a false sense of security until filming day.

“So I’m just sitting there?” she remembers asking Channing. “Well how bad could it be? And then I found out.”
