Jada urges others to embrace the “fear of instability”.

The Gotham star is known to give advice on Facebook, and posted a “letter to a friend” Tuesday.

In the message, Jada addresses how to deal with negative emotions arising from shifts in perception. And she seems to share her experience with the benefits of “surrendering” to fear in order to reach greater self-understanding.

“There are times when our beliefs change,” she explained. “We find out that life doesn't operate in the way we believed we had had it figured out.

“These are the moments when we learn to be with the emptiness of things. This is a place where we may feel numb, lost and lonely,” she continued, urging readers to “surrender to it”.

“Hollow out and don't try to fill the emptiness with nonsense in order to not feel the fear of instability. I promise that your patience will allow the One greater than ourselves to fill that empty space with more beauty than you even have the capacity to imagine.”

Jada signed off asking readers to “be patient” and “stay on your path”.

“All will be well…” she wrote. “J.”

The post came just days after Jada shared a recent moment of “enlightenment”.

The 43-year-old actress has been in Savannah, Georgia filming scenes for Magic Mike XXL, the follow-up to the hit 2012 stripper movie, and logged onto the social network to share how empowering being surrounded by so many supportive women on set has felt.

“The experience has been incredibly enlightening,” she wrote.

“…It's been so refreshing to see hundreds of women on top...all at once...without apology…”

Magic Mike XXL, starring Channing Tatum, Amber Heard, Matt Bomer, Elizabeth Banks and Joe Manganiello, is scheduled for release next summer.
