Judi Dench: Drink before watching Riddick

(Cover) - EN Movies - Dame Judi Dench advisers viewers to “have a few drinks” before they watch her past movie The Chronicles of Riddick.

The actress played Aereon in the sci-fi-action-thriller alongside Vin Diesel, Thandie Newton and Karl Urban.

Judi admitted that she hasn’t actually seen it, but she is sure it isn’t her best work.

“It was very good fun, but I’ve never seen it,” she told British magazine Total Film. “Drop me a line if you see it. You might have a huge laugh, but I’d have a few drinks beforehand!”

When asked why she accepted the role she confessed it was all down to the charm of her co-star, Vin.

The Fast & Furious star was eager to get Judi involved with the movie.

“Why did I say yes? Well, Vin Diesel came to see me in a play, Breath of Life,” the actress explained. “He brought some flowers that were as long as a wardrobe. How could I say no?”
