Julia Roberts has been “a soccer mom for a while.”

The Pretty Woman star made the admission as she made her way down the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday night. During a chat with Extra’s Mario Lopez, the 47-year-old revealed what she got up to when she wasn’t attending awards ceremonies.

“Soccer, soccer, soccer soccer, soccer...” she laughed. “Oh I've been a soccer mom for a while but it's soccer, basketball, aerial yoga - those are things that rule our home.”

The Notting Hill actress has three children with husband Daniel Moder, twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, ten and seven-year-old Henry. But Julia had to walk the red carpet alone, as her spouse was unable to join her at the festivities.

“No Danny. He starts a new movie tomorrow and one of our three children is under the weather,” she explained before gushing, “They're awesome. Perfect.”

Inside the awards Julia sat with her August: Osage County co-star Meryl Streep and was also seen hugging Jennifer Aniston after she lost out in the Best Actress category to Julianne Moore.

While Julia wasn’t up for any gongs herself this year, she has exciting plans ahead after it was revealed she would be producing an adaptation of documentary Batkid Begins: The Wish Heard Around The Worldwith her sister Lisa Gillan and their company Red Om Productions.

“We were lucky enough to see this documentary and we loved it and we think that it would be a really beautiful movie,” she added to Extra.
