Justin Theroux has apparently changed his work plans to show Jennifer Aniston "solidarity".

The two Hollywood stars began dating in 2011, becoming engaged the following year. While they've not made it down the aisle yet, both have spoken at length about how much they can't wait to get hitched.

However, spending so much time apart is said to be holding up plans, with Justin now looking to hang out more with his wife-to-be.

"Justin previously planned to spend much of November and December in New York working on casting calls for The Leftovers' second series, plus holding meeting for other projects. But those commitments have now been pushed back so he can show Jen some solidarity," a source told British magazine Grazia. "They've been spending a lot of time apart recently and it seems to have finally hit home for Justin that he wasn't being as supportive as he could be."

Jennifer is busy promoting her new movie Cake, which has already started to generate Oscar buzz and could see the former Friends actress nominated for a golden statue for the first time. The film centres on a friendship struck up between a widower and a woman suffering hallucinations of his dead wife.

While Justin is ready to support her, it's also been claimed Jennifer's dad John has had a word regarding marriage plans.

"John called Justin to get to the bottom of why there's been no wedding. He told Justin he needs to be more considerate if he's going to hold on to Jen," another source revealed.
