Kim Kardashian has told Adrienne Bailon to "let it go".

The 33-year-old reality star made the remarks after singer Adrienne called her brother Rob "disloyal" and said she regretted appearing on the family's reality show during their relationship in a new interview. Her words riled Kim and led her to take to Twitter to defend her family.

"Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian (sic)" she wrote before quoting the famous song from Disney's Frozen, "#LetItGoooooLetItGoooooo (FROZEN VOICE) (sic)".

The 30-year-old dated the sock designer between 2007 and 2009 and appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians during that time. Since their split Rob has gone through a tough time, gaining a lot of weight and not wishing to be seen at public events with his family. Despite flying out to Paris ahead of his sister's Florence wedding to Kanye West in May, he didn't end up attending the ceremony. But it seems Kim does not hold a grudge as she fiercely defended her sibling following Adrienne's comments.

"So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever" she tweeted.

Adrienne however, does not understand why she still has people questioning her over not getting back together with Rob.

"It's common knowledge that he cheated on me," she said to Latina magazine "It always bothered me that people were like, 'Pero, why couldn’t you forgive him' Why are women always the ones who have to forgive' If you cheated on a man, he would be like, 'You're disgusting, and I want nothing to do with you.' But women, we're supposed to be like, 'He messed up. He made a mistake.'"
