LiLo’s prosecutors ‘requesting medical records’

Lindsay Lohan’s prosecutors reportedly want to see copies of her medical records.

TMZ reported the actress has finished her community service just in the nick of time, having carried out her court-ordered 240 hours at a centre in London, UK.

Last week it’s claimed Lindsay spent time in hospital seeking relief from Chikungunya, an untreatable mosquito-borne virus she contracted in Bora Bora while vacationing.

But a new report suggests something doesn’t add up and prosecutors are suspicious.

“[Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White is requesting] copies of Lindsay’s medical records from her stay at a London hospital for Chikungunya, because those dates are being listed as dates she was doing community service,” an insider told Radar Online.

Lindsay’s latest legal saga stems from her 2012 reckless driving case, in which she pled no contest after her Porsche crashed into an 18-wheeler truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.

It’s believed prosecutors aren’t satisfied with how she’s fulfilled her community service hours.

Apparently they are angry 18 of those logged hours are attributed to signing autographs for fans.

“Unfortunately, since Lindsay was treated overseas, the prosecutor won’t be able to get a court order forcing the records to be turned over,” the insider said. “There are also major doubts that Lindsay worked eight hour days, ten days in a row to get it completed before the deadline. It’s been extremely embarrassing that Lindsay has been given so many chances, and keeps thumbing her nose at the judicial system.

“A simple request by the DA to have Lindsay appear in person and swear under oath she had completed the service was denied by Judge Richard Stone.”

A hearing meant to analyse Lindsay’s community service completion is set for February 18.
