Jane Lynch’s divorce has been finalised, according to a new report.

The Glee actress and clinical psychologist Dr. Lara Embry announced their split in July 2013 after three years of marriage.

The divorce became final Monday and cost the actress millions, TMZ reports.

According to the outlet, Lara will receive a “lump sum of $1.2 million” over a two-year period.

She will also reportedly receive “several bank and trust accounts” totaling nearly $850,000 and half of a 401(K) totaling more than $315,000, as well as half of all royalties from Jane’s television appearances, including Glee.

The psychologist will receive “half of the proceeds from their Mullholland Tennis Club membership”, their Los Angeles Yacht Club membership, half of their tax refund totaling more than $56,000 as well as their dog, Francis, it is claimed.

Jane and Lara married on Memorial Day in 2010 in the state of Massachusetts, where same sex marriage is recognised.

Jane cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce filings and later admitted she was optimistic about the split.

"It's not dramatic. It's not a horrible thing. It's something that we're dealing with," Jane explained on the web show Larry King Now last year.

"It's two people who just decide it's better to go apart than stay together."

Jane added that she will remain friends with Lara and her young daughter, Haden.

"All's good. We have a little girl – she has a little girl who's very dear to me. She's ten, and she's doing great," she continued at the time. "We have to remain adults, which we have. We keep everybody's – especially Haden's – good in our mind."
