Melissa Rivers has reportedly inherited more than $100million of Joan’s estate.

The comedienne died on September 4 aged 81 after suffering complications during routine surgery. And now it has been reported that the bulk of her estate has been left to her 46-year-old daughter, and Fashion Police co-host, Melissa.

According to Us Weekly magazine, Melissa is set to inherit $75million in cash, as well as Joan’s New York condo on the Upper East Side – worth around $35million.

Meanwhile, Melissa’s 13-year-old son Cooper has reportedly been left something else by Joan.

News of the splitting of Joan’s estate comes after The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner revealed her cause of death to be due to a “predictable complication” during the throat surgery.

“The classification of a death as a therapeutic complication means that the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy,” the Office of Chief Medical Examiner explained to Fox News.

The complication caused a loss of oxygen that led to brain damage the statement on her cause of death added. It went on to reveal that the Fashion Police host visited Yorkville Endoscopy on August 28 for a laryngoscopy and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, and she was put under propofol sedation to evaluate changes to her voice.

The State Department of Health launched an investigation into the practice following the star’s death. The clinic parted ways with its medical director, Dr. Lawrence Cohen, shortly after Joan died there.
