RPatz and FKA have ‘drifted apart’

Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs’ wedding is reportedly “off the agenda”.

The 29-year-old actor and his 27-year-old singer girlfriend have never officially commented on their engagement, but Robert is said to have popped the question earlier this year after just six months of dating.

However, it has now been claimed the pair’s busy work schedules and commitments in different countries have led to them growing apart.

"They've definitely drifted and have barely spoken while he's in Belfast and she's been in the States," a source told People.
“A wedding is off the agenda but they haven't called off the engagement."

Currently, Robert is filming new movie The Lost City of Z in Belfast, Northern Ireland, while FKA is busy in America.

The couple were last seen together in July. They have since been keeping in touch via video messaging, with an eyewitness at a London airport recently saying FKA and Robert were indulging in a playful argument via FaceTime.

But with their increasingly busy schedules, it doesn’t look like Robert and FKA will be getting to spend time together anytime soon.

After he wraps on the Northern Irish set of The Lost City of Z, Robert will be heading to Colombia for further filming.

“The filming is bound to create further distance between them," the source added.

It’s not just the distance that has caused issues between Robert and FKA.

According to insiders, FKA has been staying at Robert’s house in Los Angeles while he has been away, and rarely spends any time away from her entourage.

However, it’s FKA’s large group of friends that has apparently caused some discomfort on Robert’s side.

“Rob has never been at ease with twigs' entourage,” the source added.
