Tara Reid says she’s still a fan of Elizabeth Banks.

The Hunger Games star Elizabeth launched an unprovoked attack on Tara during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter earlier this week.

Elizabeth mentioned Tara when remembering how they started out together in the industry,

“I used to go to auditions with Tara Reid,” she told the magazine. “So, you know we didn't all make it. We're not all still here."
However, instead of responding in like, Tara decided to take the high road. Maintaining that she still enjoys Elizabeth’s work, Tara added to TMZ.com that she doesn’t understand where the actress’ vitriol stems from.

"I've always been a fan of her work and that’s sad to hear she said those things about me,” Tara said.

The 39-year-old actress added to the outlet that she isn’t holding any hard feelings following Elizabeth’s comments.

Instead, she insists that if she saw the actress on the street, she would “smile and say, hi."

Elizabeth did add in her interview that she’s a big fan of Tara’s tongue in cheek disaster movie series, Sharknado.

It was recently revealed that Tara had signed up to star in a third installment in the now world-famous franchise.

Tara took to Twitter to express her happiness over the news.

"Ok guys I have a great announcement get ready its official I just signed on to #Sharknado3 Woo hoo!!!!! (sic)" she wrote back in January.

She also spoke in the past about how she believes a shark-ridden tornado is plausible. According to her, it's not at all physically impossible.

“You know, it actually can happen," she told GQ magazine. "I mean, the chances of it happening are very rare, but it can happen actually. Which is crazy. Not that it—the chances of it are, like, you know, it's like probably 'pigs could fly.' Like, I don't think pigs could fly, but actually sharks could be stuck in tornados. There could be a sharknado.”
