Rumer Willis is doing her utmost to keep her life simple.

The 26-year-old actress will soon be seen on the next season of Dancing with the Stars, alongside partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

And Rumer insists that at this time, she is more interested in winning the coveted mirrorball trophy than finding herself a new man.

“Keeping my life simple,” Rumer told Extra’s Mario Lopez, adding that she’s happily single. “Dance is my focus, not men. Boys can wait.”

Rumer has been single since splitting from long-term boyfriend Jayson Blair in 2013.

However, Mario refused to accept Rumer’s answer during their interview, and pushed the star to find out just what she would want in a perfect beau.

“Someone that can make you laugh and someone that has just integrity. Communication and honesty are the two most important things in a relationship,” she said. “I tend to connect to someone’s personality more than how they look.”

Rumer is already a favourite to win the next season of DWTS. And one pair backing her all the way to victory are her parents, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.

Talking about just how they’re feeling about their daughter hitting the dance floor, Rumer said they are “stoked”.

Her sisters Scout and Tallulah will also be supporting her, with Rumer saying: “My sisters are so excited. I said, ‘You guys have to rally all around and everybody so we can stick around for a while.'”

Rumer has some tough competition if she is emerge the victor of the show.

However, Val reveals things are already going incredibly well in rehearsal sessions with Rumer.

“She’s awesome, has great energy, great spirit, really loves dance,” he said. “She has some moves. I don’t know if she wants to share with everybody, but she has natural ability.”
