Reality star Scott Disick is hosting a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas, despite reportedly spending time in rehab in October (15).

The 32-year-old has struggled with an alcohol problem on and off for a number of years, and it's been well documented on ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian's family reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Scott reportedly spent a number of weeks in a rehabilitation facility in October (15) to tackle his issues and while he has since returned home, his resolve will be tested during a festive public appearance in Sin City on New Year's Eve (31Dec15).

"The nightspot will celebrate a successful year and toast to 2016 in true Vegas fashion," a 1OAK Las Vegas nightclub representative told Access Hollywood.

The venue is within the Mirage Hotel & Casino and their promotional flyer shows the father-of-three in a tuxedo in a black and white shot.

Scott is believed to have entered the Cliffside rehabilitation centre in Malibu, California just days after Lamar Odom, who was married to Kourtney's sister Khloé, was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel following a suspected drug overdose last month (Oct15).

Kourtney, 36, whose nine-year relationship with Scott ended in the summer (15), and her mother Kris Jenner were believed to have visited Scott at the clinic, taking their children Mason, Penelope and Reign to visit their father.

There were unconfirmed reports suggesting the former couple attended counselling together at the centre, where Scott reportedly opened up about the affect his addiction had had on his behaviour while they were together.

The star had previously sought help earlier in the year (15) by checking into a facility in Costa Rica, but he left after a few days. This time, however, Scott is believed to have been more serious about changing his ways.

"Scott's doing really well," an insider previously told E! Online. "He sounds happy, clean and clearheaded. I think he took it really seriously this time. He took a real break from work and partying to focus on himself. He hasn't sounded this good in ages. He says he's feeling great."
