Snooki's baby hopes

Snooki is keen for her baby daughter to look just like her.

The 26-year-old reality star posted some throwback pictures of herself as a child on her Celebuzz blog on Thursday.

And Snooki told fans that she thinks she was so adorable she wants her little girl to be her spitting image.

“I’m praying my daughter looks just like mommy, cause how adorable was I'!” Snooki wrote. “Jeeze what happened' LOL! Can’t wait for my baby girl to arrive!! (sic)”

Snooki confirmed her second pregnancy in April after weeks of speculation she was expecting.

But the former Jersey Shore star, who already shares two-year-old son Lorenzo with fiancé Jionni LaValle, hasn’t been finding this pregnancy easy.

“It sucks. I mean it’s a beautiful thing. It’s a miracle, yes. A baby, yay. But just the whole process—it’s annoying. It’s irritating—it’s pregnancy!” the former Jersey Shore star shared during her podcast Naturally Nicole.

Snooki has been feeling “bloated and fat”, she says, and is also experiencing “awful” cramps.

She and Jionni began trying for a second child in November 2013. The reality TV star is due in the fall, around the same time the couple originally planned to tie the knot. The pair got engaged in March 2012 and announced her pregnancy with Lorenzo soon after.

“Having a girl is so much more annoying and worse,” Snooki added, comparing her two pregnancies. “With this girl, I just feel she kicks 20 times more than Lorenzo ever did and sometimes it hurts and I’m like, ‘Dude you’re kicking my rib.’ I feel like my skin’s going to pop out and her foot’s going to come out, so as of right now, she kicks 24-7.”
