Khloé's 'birthday phonecall with Lamar'

Khloé Kardashian reportedly spoke to ex-husband Lamar Odom on her birthday.

The reality star turned 30 years old on June 27, and celebrated with her friends and family, including new flame French Montana.

Despite no longer being in a relationship together, Lamar apparently made a point of reaching out to his ex-wife and wishing her well.

“He made contact with Khloé on her birthday, but said it was real, real brief,” a source told Hollywood Life. “He just wanted to tell her happy birthday and wish her well on this new decade in her life.”

Lamar is said to have poured his heart out to Khloé during their chat. Although the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star didn’t return his sentiments, she is said to have remained polite and kind.

“He even told her he ‘loves her’ and she said, ‘Thank you,’ but she didn’t say, ‘I love you’ back. He was slightly hurt by that but he understood,” the source added. “He just wants to be on her radar, whether it’s good or bad, he just wants to be on her mind as crazy as that sounds. She was nice.”

Khloé clearly enjoyed herself on her birthday, posting an Instagram photo of herself blowing out the candles on her cake with sisters Kim, Kourtney and Kylie and Kendall Jenner at the shindig.

“I couldn’t help but wish for a couple of forevers,” she captioned the photo.

"Let the birthday celebrations begin @khloekardashian !!!!!!!! #OneofThoseBlurryNight (sic)," Kim tweeted, adding a blurry picture of Khloé.
