Kim K happy at home?

Kim Kardashian wants to keep living with her mother Kris Jenner, according to reports.

The reality star, who married Kanye West in May, has been living back at her mom's house while her Bel Air home with the Yeezus singer undergoes extensive remodelling. But with the building work set to finish soon, Kim has reportedly decided she doesn't want to live that far away from her family.

"Kim and Kanye have spent a fortune doing up their new Bel Air property and originally intended to move in this month," a source told British magazine Closer. "But Bel Air is an hour away from Kim's friends and family in Calabasas and, after she confessed she didn't want to be that far away, Kanye said he was happy for them to sell. But while Kanye is eager to get house-hunting, Kim keeps insisting there's no rush."

Kim has lived at Kris Jenner's house since she gave birth to her daughter North last year. But not only does the 33-year-old not want to live so far from her family, she reportedly doesn't even want to move out of Kris' house at all.

"Kim's told pals she's happy living with her mom and doesn't like the idea of moving out," the source continued. "She's not sure how to tell Kanye she's content where she is. She knows he's not keen to stay, but the truth is she loves having her family around her. She can come home and have her mom and sisters there for a girlie natter and they all dote on North."

While the 37-year-old rapper is trying to be understanding, he's reportedly admitted to pals that he needs space away from the Kardashian clan and is willing to house hunt on his own.

"Kanye appreciates… Kris allowing them to stay for the past year, but he thinks the living situation is far from ideal," the source added. "Now he and Kim are married he feels it's time they had their own family home."
