Stacy Keibler welcomes daughter

Stacy Keibler and husband Jared Pobre have welcomed their first child into the world.

The 34-year-old former wrestler announced the birth of daughter Ava Grace Pobre with a touching post on her official website Friday.

Stacy also revealed that she gave birth to her little girl at home.

"Jared and I have been blessed with the new love of our lives," she wrote. "Ava Grace Pobre was born at home on Wednesday, August 20th.

“We’ve never experienced a level of joy and happiness like this before! Thank you so much for all of the special wishes and positive energy."

The star, who is George Clooney’s ex, announced she was pregnant days after her surprise Mexican wedding to Jared in March.

Stacy split from the 53-year-old Gravity actor in July 2013 after two years of dating and shortly after the breakup she went on to start a relationship with long time friend Jared, 39, in the fall. The couple surprised loved ones by tying the knot on March 8 while on holiday in Mexico.

Two weeks after celebrating the “rogue ceremony” the lovebirds surprised everyone again by announcing Stacy’s pregnancy.

"Look what we've got cooking!" she wrote via Twitter on March 24. "A Bun'dle of love," she captioned, with a snapshot of a bun in an oven.

Stacy spoke about her feelings for Jared in a recent interview with People magazine. The stunning blonde admitted she couldn’t believe how her life had changed in a matter of months.

“Both Jared and I didn’t think that we were ever going to get married or have kids… When you meet the right person, everything changes,” she explained. “I’m so excited for the new chapter in my life. I’m so ready for it. I feel for the first time like I’m really fulfilled and at peace.”
