Amanda Seyfried ‘romancing real estate agent’

Amanda Seyfried is reportedly dating a real estate agent.

The Hollywood star has been romancing Andrew Joblon for the last four weeks. He has a senior role at a New York real estate company and so far things are said to be going well.

The pair were spotted together at the Eric Trump Foundation's Golf Invitational & Gala in Westchester, New York, on Tuesday. The event was organised by Donald and Ivana Trump’s son Eric to raise money for his charity, which benefits a children’s hospital.

While Amanda and her new beau stayed at arm’s length during the initial cocktail reception, things were different as the night wore on.

“As soon as dinner commenced, however, the couple cozied up to each other for the rest of the evening,” reports New York Daily News. “The 25-year-old actress sat next to Joblon and amiably talked to his friends… during the meal.”

Poison star Bret Michaels provided the evening’s entertainment, and the new couple were spotted canoodling as they watched. Amanda affectionately stroked Andrew’s arm, and even put her head on his shoulder as she took in the show.

During the evening Amanda pledged $25,000 to the charity, with the event eventually raising $1.2 million.

The actress’ representative hasn’t commented on the romance reports.

Amanda has been single since splitting from Ryan Phillippe earlier this year. She was spotted at the recent US Open tennis tournament with a mystery man, although it’s unknown if he was Andrew.
