That Awkward Moment is an untraditional rom-com: the point of view is given by the three male leads and it is not common to see men get involved in a discussion about relationships. Starring Zac Efron, Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan, That Awkward Moment is definitely one of a kind.

Our trio of friends live in New York. Jason and Daniel are carefree, having one night stands and definitely not after a serious relationship. Mikey is happily married. At least, he thought he was until his wife asks for divorce. His whole world falls apart and Jason and Daniel decide, to support their mate, to make a pact: all three of them will remain single!

But life comes in the way, things get complicated and it will be harder than planned to keep their promise.
That Awkward Moment is a truly funny film but there is some depth to it: what happens when you have checked all the right boxes and things still go wrong? Is it about having a job or loving what you do for a living? Do we have to label our relationships?
Including amazing views of New York and the buttocks of Zac Efron (very enjoyable), That Awkward Moment is a unique rom-com that shows us, ladies, how men see love and its matters.

And if you wonder what that awkward moment actually is: it is when your partner brings the “so, where are we going? So, what are we doing?” into a conversation and that is the exact moment between moving forward and moving on.
