Matt LeBlanc says he “needs” to visit Courteney Cox’s fiancé with a “baseball bat”.

Friends stars Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston reunited Wednesday night at Craig’s in Los Angeles to celebrate Courteney’s recent engagement to Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid. But the leading ladies weren’t the only ones who made an appearance at the reunion, as Matt showed up through FaceTime.

"I have not met Courteney's guy yet, so I need to get on that...I need to get the baseball bat and go over there," he joked to People at a Showtime event.

"I just happened to FaceTime Courteney and she's like, 'Look who I am with!' I was like, 'Oh, wow, that's good’. It's hard to get together because everyone is all over the place."

Matt stars in Showtime’s Episodes, Courteney is working on Cougar Town, Lisa is returning to The Comeback, and Jennifer is involved in Squirrels to the Nuts and Horrible Bosses 2. David Schwimmer is in pre-production for TV movie Irreversible while Matthew Perry recently filmed a pilot for Odd Couple.

Jennifer, 45, has been engaged to The Leftovers star Justin Theroux for two years.

"I met Justin and he's really nice!" Matt exclaimed. "If they're happy, I'm happy.”

Rumours of an onscreen Friends reunion have been rampant for years. However, they have repeatedly been shot down.

"It's not gonna happen," Courteney told David Letterman in April via NY Daily News. "Let me tell you something: there's six friends and I've been trying to put together a cast dinner for 10 years. It doesn't happen.

"I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry. Matt LeBlanc cancelled last time right at the last minute, Schwimmer lives here [in New York City], so it's just not gonna happen.”
