Model/actress Riley Keough never thinks about her family links to Elvis Presley or Michael Jackson.

The 26-year-old daughter of Lisa Marie Presley has been making a name for herself in entertainment, most recently with a supporting role in Oscar-nominated Mad Max: Fury Road, but she still gets hassled by fans of her grandfather, the King of Rock 'n Roll, and the King of Pop, her one-time stepfather.

"People always ask, 'How crazy is it that your grandpa was Elvis and your stepdad was Michael Jackson?'" she tells Esquire. "I make them happy and say, 'Yeah, it's soooo crazy!' But actually, I don't think about it, ever.

"The reality is I know as much about my grandpa as you'd know about a grandpa you never met."

Riley's grandfather died a dozen years before she was even born, and she insists she never had any interest in taking advantage of her family's fame-rich past, although she once sold a gift Jackson gave her.

"I remember this Disney watch that Michael gave me," she says. "I think I sold that for five dollars."

Riley's family has recently expanded, as she married stuntman-and-actor Ben Smith-Petersen in 2015, who she first met in 2012 while filming Mad Max: Fury Road.

Riley's nuptials to Ben follow a near-marriage to fellow thespian Alex Pettyfer, who she was engaged to until 2012, before splitting amid rumours he had been unfaithful.
