The Julius Onah-directed 2025 superhero film, based on Marvel comics, sees Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) assume the title of the new Captain America, invited to the White House by President Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford) with a mission to reassemble the Avengers. But, with the plan thrown into chaos as Sam’s friend Isaiah Bradley (Carl Lumbly) is framed for an attempt to assassinate President Ross, Sam and his partner Joaquin Torres (Danny Ramirez) must work together to find the true offender.
