Naomi Watts is facing her demons head on during lockdown with a transformational workout.

The King Kong star shared details of her life at home during lockdown with Vogue.com, and revealed that she's been focusing on her mental health and wellbeing in self-isolation.

"We all know that exercise is a fantastic way to shift a mood. I love the rush of endorphins after a physical challenge. I’ve been live streaming The Class by Taryn Toomey which is great for body and mind. She really has you face all your demons head on. It’s very cathartic," the 51-year-old explained.

The Class is a vigorous workout, favoured by fellow celebs including Gwyneth Paltrow, which features repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics and ends with a group meditation.

Naomi also swears by De Mamiel Sleep Series oil, $65, which claims to boost sleep quality with a blend of herbs, watermelon seed oil and passionflower oil.

"I keep De Mamiel Sleep Series oil by my bedside table. I’m loving the ‘Settle’ oil right now as it helps calm your mind before you sleep," she shared. "I also keep Jao Goe oil beside my bed as it’s super hydrating and amazing to use on your heels and elbows. And that’s about the size of a quarantine day for me!"

The Impossible actress, who shares two sons with ex-boyfriend Liev Schreiber, has been cooking to alleviate her anxiety, and has been meticulously planning her day to avoid feeling uncertainty during lockdown.

"I’m a planner and not being able to think too far forward gives me anxiety. With all the uncertainty it’s best to just think small... 'How do I get through this day?' Things like cooking, exercise, meditation are all helpful. Also talking to friends, some that I don’t get to see that often," she stated.
